A: Hey Tonya, I need to call Francis in our Hong Kong branch about the new sales pitch, do you have his contact information?

B: Yes, I do. But when you call someone in another country, you should be mindful of time zones. You might burn the candle at both ends and never go to sleep, but you don’t want to call him when he already left the office.

A: That’s a good point. I was going to just call him now, but it’s 2:30am in Hong Kong. If I woke him up, he might become angry and then no matter how good my idea for the sales pitch is, we probably wouldn’t be able to see eye to eye on anything.

B: Exactly! Try not to make any unilateral decisions or actions and make sure to think about others too.

A: When I call my colleague, I should check first whether he’s available to talk or not.

B: Yes, you should because if you catch him at a bad time then he might be off his game so he won’t be of much help.

at first i tell my opinion and disccuss whose opinion is reasonable. If we could not make the result, i just accept my coworker's opinion and do it which their asked. and then if their opinion is wrong, i tell my opinion agian.
