Today’s Dialogue

A: Hey Stan! Aren’t you so excited for the new year?

B: Hi, Alice. I am ready to risk it all next year because I was too careful last year and I missed way too many opportunities. My goal for next year is to finally ask Mr. Han for a promotion.

A: You’ve been regretting not asking him for quite a while. You should definitely follow suit what Billy did. He got a promotion the fastest on our whole department.

B: Yeah, I just have to build up my courage. What about you?

A: My goal for the new year is to become better friends with my colleagues. I realized that, other than you, I don’t really know anyone we work with.

B: Knowing a lot of people will really help you have an easier time at work because they share what they know with their friends so you can become privy to important information.

A: Our company’s goal for the second half of the year is increasing sales. So we should work together to maximize our sales to increase our chances of promotions.

B: That’s a great idea, I really need to earn some more money to stop living on a shoestring budget all the time.

1. Do you have a role model who you try to follow suit?

yes i had a role model in my ex company. but now i don't have it.

he was my boss of my team. I have been working at R&D team. so i have to study a lot of things for tire material.

in the case of my ex boss, he always studied and worked it. and gave me some kind of paper for study.

he told me this is not a school we have salrary. so we should be a man who is professional in this field.  

2. What is something in your life that you regret?

i regret to live my ex company. the ex company state is not good. but in there, working is a little interesting.

but now it's not.

3. What was a situation when you felt so confident that you were ready to risk it all?

i don't have experience of that situation.

even if i am ready to all of things, in my charicteristic i don't express my emotion that i feel confident.

because i think all situation could be changed differently than I expected. 

i think working in the company is continue. there is not the end.

if i have cofident of my working area, then one of my boss could push me working more fast in the next time. 

so i don't want express my emotioin about working.
