I prefer to fully plan out everything before starting. but everything has the schdule. when i make the plan, i make longer.

i try to work hard and help me with my subordinate, and then i check on time. if i can not do it, i will tell my boss. i can't meet this schedule  on time.

3.Have you ever had a business meeting where you were worried about butchering the name of your counterpart?

i usually have it. but my counerparts who are good at english or not. so we all don't care it.
