B: Yeah Billy, I’ve been here since the first day. What did you think about it? The organizers seemed to have
pulled out all the stops . It must have cost them a fortune!
A: I agree, when I first walked i n , the luxurious setting made it very compelling . But the writing on the wall soon
became very clear. The first speaker was very incompetent . What do you think about the argument he made

B: I totally agree that the first speaker was awful. He was really pushing his luck when he kept asking the audience
members to agree with him. I think he started off on the wrong foot when he started the presentation with a
horrible joke.
A: At least he was punctual and ended his speech exactly on time.
B: I would have walked out if he went over the time. But I thought the last session was the best.
A: Yes, that one made the whole conference worth it to attend.
